Our server, Jairid, is a consummate professional. He should be on the fast track to management.

Our waitress, Nicole, is a highly demonstgrable " people person" and we always ask for her when we dine there. She makes us feel as if we were the only ones present even though it is evident she has many clients to serve. Her genuine cheeriness and ability to interact and desire to make the dining experience " tops" makes this particular Sharis a pleasure to visit.

Our waitress checked in with us and was very nice and happy. Thank you.

Was very satisfied

The restaurant was not very busy, yet the speed of service was terrible. We stood for 5 minutes waiting to be greeted and seated. The waiter was friendly, but did not come back to refill water or my dad's coffee.

We both went looking for soup. Only had one choice, not the normal two and server wasn't particularly sympathetic or communicative that something advertised on the menu wasn't available as it should have been. One of us also feels that the menu is pretty routine and would prefer at least a few less usual choice.

Food came out cold or lukewarm. Our good server was alone and overworked (but he really did his best). Seats are warn out and uncomfortable.

For 3 yrs. we have come for the prime rib dinner. All of a sudden no onion rings! I will now have to go elsewhere for my prime rib.

No spinach for spinach salad quiche that was not quiche ate it but would NEVER order again
