I really don't like the bench seats when they've gotten worn out and no longer hold you up - I had to sit between (what felt like) two holes on the seat. Otherwise I'd say my experience was fine.

No one does everything perfectly, I have never been "Highly Satisfied" with anything as there is always room for improvement for us all.

AS I MENTIONED, I AM 'SATISFIED.' 'HIGHLY SATISFIED' IS AMBIGUOUS. I WISH THE FOOD CAME TO US HOTTER AND ON A HOT PLATE.

Overall experience was very good, but the poached eggs were undercooked, whites were still runny.

1. Every visit is same: waiter/waitress never return to check on me after bringing food to table 2. Every visit I must flag some employee down to get refill of water 3. Hamburger raw in middle with one of two tomatoes bad & overcharged drink

We waited a couple of minutes tto get the waiter's attention. The salmon was served without tarter sauce. The people in the neighboring booth were a little boisterous.

Second Sharis we have been in while visiting and both locations were not real fast

There is only one server during the breakfast times on the Tues. and Thurs. that we regularly come to Shari's. The Server cannot possibly please everyone in the restaurant. The Server cannot even check back with the customer for more coffee or whatever because she is too busy.
