Shari's

I almost never give the highest marks. Satisfied is as good as it can be for me

It's not the good our service, outs just mainly short order food, and that's not my number 1 choice

mentioned earlier ... re missing dinner roll. This frequently happens , but when reminded, the waiter easily will get it for us and apologizes.

We kinda got lost in the system. They seated us and gave us a menu but was quite awhile coming to take the order and then quite awhile to get food. We use Shari's a lot so know the usual attention we receive. We usually go to King City and only this one once in awhile. I am sure it was a rare incident but wanted to address the problem. Food and service otherwise was fine. Thanks

I loved our waitress, Kimberly. This was abt 1230am & few people. She was so attentive & sweet. She knew the menu as well as the pies. She knew we loved coffee & kept our carafe full. Kimberly is a definite asset to Shari's! She has a huge smile & greeted us the minute we walked in. This is the Oregon city Shari's. We love her & that is why we are back at this one right now. We try to go to different ones each week.

The omelette was not hot enough and the french fry's were not well done as ordered

The server (Willie) was busy but doing a good job. When he brought our pie he also brought a small cup of ice cream and said he was sorry that it took so long. This was a very nice thing to do but apparently not okay with Shari's because awhile later the supervisor brought our bill over and said Shari's is not in the habit of giving out free ice cream and said next time we would have to pay for it, I told her to charge me for it now then she said something I couldn't here and walked away. We go to Shari's quite often and never had anything like that happen. I was a restaurant manager and I would want to know of both the server and the supervisors actions. Believe me that supervisor would know I was unhappy with her judgement and customer skills. Disappointed Jerry Rice

Great value for the meal. Meat was a little over seasoned for my taste but very good otherwise. Potato was not fresh and not extremely hot but good. onion rings and garlic toast kind of cheapens the meal a little. I like rolls. Onion rings belong at fast food restaurants. Speed was super fast. Meat was tender. Like the cups of stuff like butter that was given. Love the whipped real butter. Also bought the Marionberry cobbler. Filling was outstanding as usual, but it was not a cobbler. It was a pie with large pie crust chuncks but good. Went well with ice cream.

Your vegetarian menu is very limited.

The Onion Rings I ordered were soggy and not crispy enough. Also the taste of the oil that it was fried in seemed to be old...I'm never going to order onion rings from here.
