Shari's

We always come here, we like the people and the atmosphere here. Very nice service and the servers are very prompt. Always there if you need them. Thank you great job.

We go to the Sheri's on union in Tacoma mostly and are very happy with that restaurant. This is the 3rd time we have tried #158. The first 2 times were absolutely terrible. Very bad/slow service, unfriendly employees, and bad food. We were very pleased to have an excellent experience on this 3rd visit. Our server, Adam, was everything he should have been and more. The employee atmosphere was 100% better. The food was up to the standards we have come to expect at Sheri's.

I live in Ohio so we don't have Shari's there. I make it a point to visit every time I visit Washington. Everyone is always so friendly. It's a great family restaurant with reasonable prices.

This Sheri's consistently comes through with food that matches the order, is warm and well prepared. Our past experience was with another Tacoma Sheriis, and we were driven away by staff members treating us in a condescending manner because we are seniors. We will never return there. Our server today was friendly and capable. She reseated us because it was cold near the window: she swapped sugar syrup for no sugar, she smiled and was a treasure! We hit Sheriis weekly...thanks for being available.

The food was awesome. The service was top of the line. I would return any time I am Tacoma. The staff were the best.

This particular Shari's is always on the ball. When things don't go well they always have a backup plan.
