Shari's

I have been going to this Sharis since 2004 , I have taken friends, family my fiance {now my wife} here and have always without exception enjoyed the service , the personnel and the food. Therefore we are here again.

just good

The waitress was wonderful. She has the personality that fits a customer service position perfectly. That having been said, we ordered something like a muffin coffee cake and upon arrival noticed that there was a small piece of plastic on the top. Upon removing it, we decided that it must have come from a plastic cover and ate the piece, putting the plastic aside to bring to the waitress' attention. We politely showed her the plastic and asked if it was covered with a plastic pie cover and she said "yes". We told her that someone might want to inspect the others as there could be plastic on the remaining ones as well. Without a beat, she removed the item from the bill and went back into the kitchen to see if there were others containing the shards. We didn't asked for a refund, she just did it. Her interaction with our 6 year old was wonderful. You must keep her on staff!

Today we were seated the quickest I have ever been helped at a Shari's. Adam was our server and he was very friendly and helpful. He had our salads to us within minutes of our order being placed (fastest I've gotten salad after ordering), and made sure that he had the order correct (even to the point of asking if the "no chives" request for stuffed hash browns extended to the loaded potato soup). He had our food out to us with 10 minutes (again, the fastest service I've had at any Shari's). He even stopped by our table on his way out to let us know that he was off for the night and that someone else would take care of us when we were ready to leave. The only bad part of the night was when we were waiting in line to pay because the hostess was busy getting pie for someone instead of running the register. All in all, it was a very good experience in thanks to Adam and his friendly manner.

Everything was great.

Our server was very pleasant. It was obvious that she really enjoyed her job. The atmosphere is always nice and we feel very comfortable there. The food is good and we never feel rushed.

Friendly service and the variety of menu items

First off our waiter "Adam" was very polite, respectable, and prompt. He was right there to check if we needed anything else and our cups never went empty. This was the second time in my lifetime that I get a steak cooked through with no red or pink and it was still juicy and flavorful. The cook "Jon" did an amazing job.

Good, quick and friendly service . . . Adam was great!
