Didn't know malt vinegar was available for fish and chips. Fish overcooked and very greasy.

THINGS JUST OK

My server is always awsome and very polite and attentive.

I tried to send a more detailed response but this limited me to 1200 characters and the session timed out so ill send it in an email. The manager was loud and inappropriate and my fried came out cold. Fries are a consistent issue at this location. They made them fresh and the difference remarkable.

It was a busy night so it took longer, much longer, than usual for our foof.when received, the eggs were barely warm and the hashbrowns were not abt all crisp (as requested). The toast was even cold, but I habd asked for no butter so I did't mind. My friend had cold sour dough toast and the butter couldn't even melt. I asked for my hashbrownsn to be put back on t,he grill until brown ans crisp which was done. Unfortunately, I had also asked for my eggs to be microwaved to heat them (also done) but I was finished whith my eggs before my potatoes made it back to me. I so admit this all was unusual for this Sheri's. Our waitress was very polite, understanding and professional.

The menu was inaccurate and unclear. I would have changed my order had I known my meal did not come with soup included in the overall cost. Also several of the pies were listed but the staff told me that they were discontinued. Overall my issue is with Shari's as a company not the actual store or staff.

The server was excellent, however I noticed that people who came in before me were served ahead of me, while we waited. I asked for scrambled soft eggs, but they were well done and borderline cold. The server did her job! She asked if the food was okay and we answered, yes. I did not complain because she was so friendly. I normally would have complained, but just went ahead and ate it. I did not want to just throw away the food.
