Just disappointed that the cinnamon French toast was burnt on the under side.

I didnt like the gravy on the roast beef meal. Otherwise Shari's is great!

The first server that we had was very rude and made smart comments. It was very unnecessary and we did not appreciate the attitude we were given when we asked a question about an appetizer. We had then requested a new waitress and were moved to a different section. The new waitress was phenomenal and was very friendly. She served us back on Thanksgiving as well and we will be requesting her from now on when we visit.

I love biscuits and gravy but i just dont care for the taste of the gravy here :(. And i wish food came out hotter. Staff was great though

I am satisfied

It was a little chilly. Not only here, but everywhere, my meal is not served hot - the way I like it.

MY STEAK WAS BLAND AND WARM

They ran out of bread for the sandwich I ordered

I was highly, highly satisfied with the services and hospitality provided by Bianca. She is always very professional and proficient in performing her job. She is always very cordial and happy to be of service!!!!
