It took a long time to be seated. Always order dry toast and always get it with lots of butter. Seems cook cant hear or read.

I did not realize how busy they would be. Everything was fine, but it was incredibly crowded! I was surprised how crowded it was until I realized it was free slice of pie night. :-)

Takes awhile for help upon checkout

No one smiled and it looked like some of the employees were un happy. Not the best service but also not the worst.

Shari's had a very friendly staff who practically knew what we wanted before we even asked. The nachos were good, but I'm mainly excited to keep trying their milkshake pie flavors.

Well I had the sharis rewards card had 34 points on it the manager swiped the card it was supposed to be also 2$ off so I don’t know if she actually swiped the card or something did not work right but no discount nor 30 points added on my card still the same 34 points she should have noticed something when she swiped that card from now on I will say something if it’s not right , staff always great

The waitress continuously walked by the table and did not offer water and forgot twice when I asked for more water. I ordered the endless pancakes and again with the waitress walking by so many time I expected her to have put in for more pancakes or at least ask and she did not. Another incident which was unprofessional in my opinion a separate waitress was talking to the day manager about a crappy incident she had at Farrellis pizza and everything wrong that happened there. Everyone could hear her talking, I mean I couldn't hear anyone but her. Overall, I wouldn't choose Shari's for awhile (the online reviews were pretty accurate).
