Soup,some kind of chicken noodle. Because out of butternut squash, was awful no flavor.

Our food was served cold. This is the first time I've ever ordered pancakes and the butter did not melt...at all. Our eggs were cold. Also, the bacon was soggy. Service was great, but the food during this visit was underwhelming and very disappointing.

The server had lack of knowledge when asked about the products they offered at the restaurant. Her excuse was she had been off for 3 days. Stated not familiar with special offering. No knowledge of ingredients in item and did not offer to ask chef/cook.

Table of six...got my order wrong, and had to wait while they prepared the correct food.

We dined there maybe three times a month for at least 10 years. Tonight was pie night and the place was very busy. Staff tried very hard to meet the demands of the customer with a professional friendly attitude. However, it was challenging for staff to get food out to customers while still hot and handling demands from customers in a timely manner. I commend staff for how they handled the difficult and challenging night. I will continue to dine there and do love the food and everything. However, they did their best to meet the demands of all the customers. A few may have had their bills adjusted due to cold food and maybe limited attention from staff. I think the cooks did a excellent job getting the food out. it maybe the waitress had a difficult time picking up the food to take to customers in a timely manner so food was still warm. That was the problem for me, toast was cold and butter did not melt into my bread. Hash brown was cold. Overall all food was not hot because it stayed on the counter without heat on it to keep it hot. Waited too long for my water. Received it after I was done with dinner and had to ask several different waitress for water.

The waitress was very abrupt when we first arrived then once we were settled she started to become more approachable. She forgot my sons drink.

Staff was good and friendly; I ordered Hash browns and asked if they could be extra crispy. When the meal came it looked appetizing and still warm The hash browns though were not all the way done (like el dente) but the bacon was soooo crisp that it was so dry that I could not even cut it (it broke into little pieces) nor could I put my fork in it. I don't know if the cook got the 'extra crispy' wrong or the wait staff. I did not make an issue of it since she was working alone and was very busy. The week prior I left after waiting 10 min to be seated. It was very busy and not enough staff. I love the breakfast sausage and the jam or I would not have a reason to come in.

When I arrived it was approximately 7:30. The restaurant wasn't busy or at least didn't give the appearance of being so. I sat myself at the counter then waited 10 minutes for someone to offer to get a beverage. Five minute after that I made an order then waited another 25 minutes to receive the food. According to the server there was another server and a manager doing the cooking apparently there was no evening cook at the restaurant at that time. At 8:00 pm a cook employee showed up and then the kitchen started to operate more efficiently. The order screen visible from where I was sitting was full of orders that had not been cleared and there was still a dish of food siting on the serving window that had been sitting there for a good 30 minutes when I got up to leave, once I had finished my barely passable meal. The salad was okay, but the main course The Prime Rib Stroganoff was to say the least just bearly edible.

Sharis does not honor 1, senior citizen 2, military 3, aarp which I am member. Surely a simple discount would bring more customers.

Our wait person only came to our table once! Refilled our glasses with water, small glasses at that, and never returned to see if we needed anything else. Not even another refill of water! Poor service! On the other hand, our wait person was very polite! Just poor service!!!!!!!
