I sat down at 3:15 pm tales for a while ordered and ate at 4:06 pm I ordered my free slice of pie which was not free she said I had to actually place the order at 4:00 pm which I was able to do if I would have had all the specific guidelines I have spent a lot of money in the various Shari’s I am appalled at the lack of concern regarding a few minutes and a 3$ item it is disgrace and disrespect as a loyal customer, I will not be back

The waitress brought drinks like10mins later.she then brought my sauce like10mins later.disapered didn't come2give check or check up on us.husband had2go get check up front,didn't return with free pie.she just left but the people that were sitting next2us got service every5mins.got no sorry!didnt see her at all.thats BAD cus service

Took toon long to receive food. Others who ordered before us got their food first. Ordered bacon well-done & crispy. Sausage was delivered. Sent it back. Waited a long time for bacon. When. Waitress retrieved it from cook she took a large stack of napkins and placed them on the bacon (presumably to soak up grease). The bacons was barely cooked and definitely not crispy. Won't return again.

I ordered a salad that I never got but it took so long to bring our food that we were then running late. I didn't mention it because we didn't have time for it anyway. We were clearly done with our food but she didn't bring the check or ask us if we wanted pie. I went to the register. She saw us and let another server take over but didn't say she hadn't given us the bill and let the other server take care of it. I said we hadn't gotten the bill nor had we been offered pie. This server was wonderful. She took our pie order, noticed we were in a hurry, and packed it up to go quickly. I never saw the bI'll so I don't know if I was charged for the salad or not. By the time we paid, I had to rush kids to sports practices and had no more time to deal with it.

I've had the 3 part lunch before (quiche, salad and pie before) bit this food was NOT good this quiche was the worst I've ever had ever!

How is it possible to cook food without heating it? Even after the food was microwaved, it was still cold.

We ordered food online to pick up and bring home. The staff were fine while at the restaurant to pick up our food. We live about 5 minutes away, but once we got home and sat down to eat our food our fries were literally cold to the touch, it was just gross. Then one of our sandwiches had some sort of sauce added to it that wasn't even mentioned on the menu (we went back and checked) and it ruined the sandwich enough that my wife didn't even eat half of it. Sure we could have drove back to the restaurant, but we shouldn't have to and it has been so cold we didn't feel like dealing with it. I came in after church to order two banana splits and an order to go. While waiting for the splits, my waitress came over and asked me to hurry up and place my to go order because she was closing her kitchen at 10:30pm. When she came over, I was about to place my order, but she persuaded me not to place the order. More customers continued to come into the restaurant. She brought the two banana splits. They were heavily covered with whipped cream and caramel. They was not much ice cream under the whipped cream. We asked our waitress about the amount of ice cream. She said that there was too much pie in the refrigerator thus preventing the ice cream from getting the right temperature. She just wanted us out of the restaurant. She didn't care about the service.

Not only did it take a very long time to be served, but the food was not very good and it was cold when it should have been hot. Part of it tasted as if it had been prepared several hours ago, then not even heated up.

The waitress just did not take my order in a timely manner. When I asked for more coffee she waited on other people before bringing me coffee. I asked for a slice of pie and again she just seemed to ignore me. I just got the feeling I was not there and everyone else she was waiting on was more important.
