We came in the evening and it was not busy, The sever Dee was very nice but was very sidetracked, she took a long time to bring the drinks (which she asked us what we wanted right when we were seated) then our order took a long time and although she told me I could have beans instead of meat on the nachos, when the order came out there was no beans and she said the chef got mad with her for suggesting it to him. (she never came and told me I would not have that option prior to the order coming to the table) and I ended up paying full price for a plate of chips cheese and tomatoes. (the dish was cold and the cheese was just set and gross). Dee was nice, it just seemed like we couldn't get on the right page with her for our dinner and for that we are left unhappy with our visit.

My husband complained about the uncook French toast and served him another plate of French Toast that was cook on both side but the restaurant did not comp us for that meal. Very disappointed with our meal.

I came to Sharis with my handicapped child. The mood of the receptionist was negative and concerned about taking her break. We sat at the counter and my dtr's milkshake came with all the icecream dripping over the side of the glass. Recep just put a napkin under the glass and said, "I guess I overfilled the glass" and left. My daughter had a very hard time with all the messiness. We ordered and about 10 mins later the waiter dropped our "take out " order in front of me and walked away. I don't know why he thought it was a take-out order but I immediately complained & he put every thing on plates. The food was cold & my daughter wouldn't eat the salad because it didn't come before the main food. There was no apology. The restraunt was not even busy. I also thought the cost of the milk shake was too high & the cost of the 3 very small pancakes was too high. Next time we will go to Elmer'

The manager was not at all welcoming and in fact he came across as distant and rude. The restaurant was quite busy, which is expected at this time of day but the manager did not have any sense of being customer sensitive nor any sense of urgency. Also very overbearing and as a customer, it left a very bad taste as far as even wanting to be in the restaurant. I will never go back.

Ordered a hot turkey sandwich which stated in the menu that the meal was prepared with white bread. Upon presentation, the sandwich was made with a sweet multi oat bread which made the meal barely edible due to the sweetness. Once removing the bread, the turkey and potatoes were fine. Solution Stick to what Is described In the menu or advise the customer of any changes

My server was at the end of her shift. Once I got my food, she was out the door. She explained another server would take over, but none ever came. I had a slice of Birthday pie I was going to order, but since I never got waited on again, I just paid my bill and left. I did leave a tip as I always do and have nothing against the server who's shift was done, but YOU people need to get on whoever takes over shifts for wait people that leave work ergo leave customers who are left behind.

The steak was ordered well done but it arrived all bloody and that grosses me out. They forgot my shrimp. The manager fixed it. I asked multiple times for tartar sauce, even when I placed my order. I don't eat shrimp without it and having to sit and wait for it to get cold before I could eat my food was not appreciated. I get that it was a busy n9ght but staff accordingly. Don't lose customers because you can't serve them.

I got the beer battered fish. For 10.99 I got 3 little pieces of fish the size of silver dollars and a pound of greasy fries. I ate the fish and some if the fries. But most of the fries were left. Very dissatisfied!!!

Not only did it take forever for the food to arrive. Both plates were cold.. cheese was not melted, etc. When telling the waitress about this her reply was "What would you like me to do about it?". I replied "Heat it up?.. The biggest issue was at 2:15am with CUSTOMERS in the restaurant, the two cooks and two waitresses(the entire staff at the time) informed us they were going out on a break, it would just be a few minutes. THEY ALL LEFT - There was no one inside except customers! 10+ minutes later they all come back. I have never seen the ENTIRE staff of a restaurant go outside at the same time leaving all the customers alone inside! Ridiculous! The food was cold, bacon was so hard I almost chipped a tooth. We were wiping sticky stuff off the table.. the cleanliness was bad. The servers tried to be nice but it didn't matter considering how long it took to order and get the food and then having to explain what to do with cold food.. it's not rocket science that you HEAT up cold food! Just the worst experience ever at a Sharis.. I will not be going back and I will be sharing my story through my social media accounts.

I had explained my whole experience, on this part, but it timed out and had to start over. Guess what now am even more disappointed, too bad. ten years ago we stopped going to Shari's because of bad service, we recently returned, and were very happy with the service, and the food, well Bernice(waitress) and the cashier both wreck our experience
