Shari's

The food was cold, told waiter - all they did was put in microwave for a few seconds. It was still cold. I mentioned a manager and all I got was she is in the back.

The waitress did not come check on us for at least 15 minutes or more after we had eaten. Did not come to see if we needed water refills during our visit.

My personal food was cold and the portion of gravy was not appropriate for the biscuits. It took almost 15 minutes for my replacement food to arrive. Meanwhile my entire party of 5 was finished with their food. Disappointing that when there is a problem with a meal that th Manager does not automatically get involved and try to resolve the situation. I will never go back to the 72nd st Shari’s Again.

The nachos were ridiculous. The mountain of chips were literally covered in shredded cheese from a bag, dried up in 2 seconds. Got pulled pork on it and literally got 2 bites worth of pork, so disappointing. The steak we got med rare was raw and when we asked to get it cooked more it, there was no difference. Overall the food we got was not good.

Our waitress was a trainee, she did great, the person training her needs a class in training. Trainer was rude to trainee in front of customers. Whole crew is not attentive to customers that want to pay their bill. They all walk around like you're invisible. We saw all the same behavior when we were there a couple months ago. We will not be back!

There were three of us adults who came in for dinner. First of all, didn't like the removal of the walls by the booths. Felt more like a cafeteria instead of being intimate and private. Waitress was not real good at her job and also her family came in to eat, and she was talking with them and rustling her hands through her kids hair(very unprofessional). We were still waiting on our food. There were not many customers there. One order of hot turkey sandwich/mashed potatoes did not have good presentation(cranberry sauce was brought about five minutes later). Chicken fried steak breakfast- chicken too hard too chew, eggs runny, hashbrowns not done, and toast not spread very good with butter. Also, cold! BMP omelette was cool and also bland. Will never come back or recommend to other's. It's too bad because Shari's used to be good!

Both our eggs tasted weird. The pancakes were burnt a 2nd time. The hasbrowns were undercooked. I couldn't eat the country fried steak because I started gagging and shaking from it. The servers were gossiping and talking about their health problems and drama. The only professional one was our server stephanie. The only reason we did not walk out was because we did not want to make her responsible for the bill. The food was the worst we have had. My husband and I are both physically ill after eating there.

Manager refused to compensate me for my inconvenience when my baked potato was left out of my to go meal. I was looking for any small gesture.

it came out cold, my gravy was cold enough to where it settled and was no longer in a liquid form when it was delivered to the table. My sisters salad was drenched in dressing, the meal my other sister got was nothing like the picture. My mothers breakfast was cold the only thing we got right was my boyfriends meal and it was a simple meal that he was ok with being received cold. The waitress dropped it off and never came back, my sister ended up walking my food back to the counter giving it to someone else to redo it was approx another 14 minutes and our waitress swings by to say my meal will be out soon mean while everyone in the group was done eating and wanting to go since we have a 9 hour drive ahead of us I declined to receive my meal and just go ahead and head on the trip with out eating. They never even apologized to us, they did take my meal and one of my sisters meals off the ticket since she only took one bite and was disqusted. Very unsatisfactory specially after such a long day and wanted something to eat. I haven't ate since 1pm and very annoyed with the service oh and we never received refills on our drinks.

My actual server was awesome but the cashier Crystal they said her name was . EXTREMELY RUDE made me feel uncomfortable with how rude she was I have been to sharies plenty times before but never have been treated like this. She made it very clear she doesn't like her job and she doesn't need to work customer service
