Shari's

My mom and I were not satisfied because of the lack of good service. We first asked for some coffee. But it took so long that my mom had to wait until after the meal for some coffee. The table behind even got coffee before we did. We also saw our food sitting on the counter ready to be taken to our table. But it sat there for over 10 minutes at least. Because of that, my food was cold, dry and bland. I was very dissapointed. My meal had good flavors and all. But because it was sitting there, it wasn't complete of a meal. If the food just came to the table sooner, things would have been fine. But orders were forgotten and understanding of the meal was not complete. She resolved the issue with 2 free pieces of pie. They tasted good! But because of this disappointing experience, we will not return to Shari's.

Our waitress Julie was very rude it took 30 minutes to get water and after someone complained about our orders not haven't been taken yet she came to take our orders. Julie seemed to have an attitude the whole visit like she really did not want to wait on us and their was not a lot of other customers in the restaurant.

I was sitting at a booth against the back wait station, The staff kept throwing plates into the bin! It was very loud and you can feel them hitting the back of the booth when they threw the dishes in the bin. I asked to be moved to a quieter table, the waitress immediately took offense! She never came back to check to see how the food was that she delivered to my new table . This location is usually very friendly and the wait staff are very nice, surprisingly that was not my experience this time!!! In that area there is at least a dozen other restaurants that I can go to! I will consider next time.

Custom burger ordered ($17). Came out wrong and EVERY part was burnt... Pretzel bun burnt... Two beef patties burnt... And worst of all I paid $4 for burnt BACON!!! Waiting on drinks and had to get the attention of the waitress and ask for the check after being ignored for 10 minutes after my meal... And it was a slow night. Will never return to this location.

I won't be going back to Shari's on 72nd in Tacoma! The burgers were awful. I get more fries in a happy meal then what we were all given combined and the fries were cold. we live 5 minutes from Shari's so no reason for steak fries to be cold. The burgers were dry and burnt and black on one side to the point of them crunching when you bit in. We ordered 3 classic burgers and all 3 were awful! I would have no problem paying $40 for burgers that are edible and a decent amount of hot fries, but not for the hockey pucks we received disguised as an edible burger. I won't be ordering from them again, this was supposed to be a treat.

Your menu has changed and I do not like it. Not as many choices for breakfast. I wanted a simple mushroom/bacon/cheese omlette and I got I think what you call a fritta egg dish. I asked for no garnishments on the top of the omlette, but there still was olives on it. And, there was only one waitress for the counter and the tables. She seemed really busy and a bit unhappy.

Placed an Internet order and arrived at the appropriate time indicated, Iupon arrival I was told that my order could not be made until I arrived. This is unacceptable.

two orders of 1/2 sandwich and a salad. the pie was supposed to be free. the food was not filling. the bill was $25. I paid $10 for a 1/2 sandwich and a salad I could not eat. I wish I could have taken a picture of it. anyway I felt the price was way over the top and so little food. and no I will not eat at Shari's again ever. I am very upset. I feel like I was taken advantage of. also you need to bring back lettuce for the salad. hard to eat the other green leaf stuff. Mary Court

The food was cold and it was under cooked and some of it just did not taste like it should have it

We went to Shari's on 72nd, for breakfast. We arrived a three sum was ahead of us. They were waiting, then us and a two came in after us. We stood there for at least 10 minutes. Finally Bernice yelled from the serving window be with you in a minute. She then seated the three sum. Even though a corner table was available she said I only have a small booth. My friend wanted a larger booth. The couple behind took the small booth. We continued to wait. Finally I asked to see the manager. He came out and ask another girl Shari to clear the table so we could be seated. It was at that time I heard Bernice talking about table 37. That was our table.
