First of all it took forever to get seated and it was quite empty restaurant. Then it took forever to place the order and it took 40min to receive our food. Then was given the check right after when we wanted to order dessert. Finally tracked down the waitress to place our dessert order. And received our pie shake in a to go cup when we never asked for to go cups. We weren't ready to leave!!

I ordered a Panini. when it (finally) arrived, the bread was badly burnt on the outside. I told our server that I would like to speak to the manager about it. No one appeared. After about 15 minutes I again asked to speak to the manager. She returned saying that the manager said she already had. At this blatant lie, I became persistent in asking to speak to the manager. After a short while a man [apparently the shift/assistant manager] came over and asked if there was a problem! I explained the food issue, and subsequent waiting for manager issue to him, he left saying he would check on it. He then came back, telling me that the Manager informed him that she had spoken to me and everything was 'taken care of'. I told him he was the 1st person other than our server to speak to me. After he offered to remove the problem item from my check and went off to do so, a woman (in a red dress) came over and began a 'happy, bubbly, smiling' chat with my girlfriend about nothing in particular, completely ignoring me; and when I attempted to speak to her, she walked away. At the register, paying the check, I found out that 'red dress was THE Manager. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY !!!
