Service and food was excellent. Great to know that the prime rib specials are extended through the weekend instead of just Fridays. Also purchased a whole pie for the first time - excellent like the ones with no sugar added.

I go to sharis a lot and Adriana is usually our waitress. She is professional and friendly. Our order is always on time. She does a very good job.

The service was prompt and efficient. I was greeted immediately upon entering even though there was a crowd. The server Alexandr (341924) and the Manager Amanda were very pleasant and attentive, checking to see if everything was to my satisfaction. The atmosphere was calm and everyone around me seemed to be enjoying the food as well as the service.

If all wait staff was as nice and cheerful as Esperanz you would get "highly satisfied" from even the pickiest of customers, like me. One complaint I always have with your restaurant is the restroom. We arrive about 7:45 and it has not been cleaned by then. Not very healthy for whoever is using it. This is not something the waitperson has any control over so management needs to get someone there early.

Young Mr. Juan although swamped after an unexpected late evening full house performed his dutys diligently with a pleasent demeaner and made every customer feel as though each was his personal guest for dinner. My meal on its own terms made me feel as though my own mother had placed it in front of me and every bite brought bit of a smile and even a touch of homesickness crept in. Thank you
