Veronica at the Castro Valley store did a great job of accommodating me and my friends needs when it came to what we needed for food and she was very helpful and did a great job.

We had just watched the local community Xmas light parade; after the parade there was a large number of people milling about and looking for a place to eat. I called Shari's (we were two blocks away) and asked if they could seat 7 people. I was told yes. We got there within 5 minutes. The hostess had already set up the tables for us. Our server, Itzayana, was there at once and took our drink orders; she asked if we would like some appetizers while we waited for our orders. We ordered the "make your own" plate. While seated I received a call from my daughter (our grandkids were in the parade) asking if we found a place to eat. I asked our server if we could add three places to our group. She said yes and then added another table to our group. Our server very personable and welcoming. She was attentive to our needs and made sure our experience was satisfactory. This Shari's is one of our favorite places to eat out. The menu is exceptional, the food always well prepared and the service excellent. Tonight, Izayana, was more exceptional than the usually high quality of the staff there.

The service is always great, the personnel is friendly and professional. The good has good flavor and there's enough options on the menu to keep going back without getting bored. Prices are very good too.

I like the free stuffed hash browns for completing the survey. I like the music, and I like the way the cook knows exactly how I like my hash browns.

I thought Amanda was AMAZING. I never had so much fun at Shari's before. She made me want to come back all the time. She made me feel welcome.
