Shari's

The hamburger bun was soggy and the hamburger fell apart. I don't use any condiments on my bread. I think the plate was wet when the burger was put on it which made the burger bun soggy. I saw quite a bit of water on the plate. The triple layer pumpkin pie had no pumpkin or pumpkin taste. I looked like it had crumbs of strudel on it and tons of frozen whipped cream and crust. We tasted no pumpkin. Wouldn't order that pie again.

soup and sandwich were very tasty. our beverages were refilled in a timely manner. our server was friendly, courteous and took good care of us

Excellent service provided, waiter was checking back to see if we needed anything. Waitress reminded us that the pice were on sale (8.99) and of course we bought one to share with our sister. For my wife and I, this as alway been one of our favorite places to go out to eat.

The staff here are always so friendly! I come here all the time for the good food and the great service. I always come and ask for Esperanza because she's amazing! She always checks up on me, refills my drink, gets my order correct and gets the food out quickly. Thanks Esperanza!

We were very pleased with the service, efficiency and promptness of our server, Megan (358782). She had recently been transferred from the Livermore to Castro Valley store, and I was very impressed with all of the above, as well as how friendly she is. We've had many bad experiences at this store and looking for alternate late-night dining. However, I'm glad that Megan is now part of the CV crew and look forward to visiting Shari's more frequently!

It's the first time we have been back in a few months. The new menu items make us want to go back and try and other items. Samantha was a wonderful waitress and answered all of the questions that we had on the new menu items.

The waitress, Natasha, had a servant's heart, and nothing was too much for her to make our visit excellent!

Good food, warm friendly atmosphere. Our server, Debra, is always nice, quick with orders and refills. Today was slow because she had to wait on many tables by herself.

Considering how busy it was my family and I recieved great service. Thank you.

My friends and I just got out of prom and went into the Castro Valley store. We had a pretty big group but our server, Samantha, was very attentive, answered any questions we had and gave us recommendations. The food was as great as the service. The manager even came to check in on us to make sure we were satisfied with everything. I believe her name's Amanda, she was very friendly and made us all laugh. We'll be coming back for sure
