Shari's

The service has been consistently good at this location in Castro valley. We are familiar with the majority of the staff here and whoever is the server makes it a point to make sure that we know that WE are recognized. Our server tonight: Natasha was fabulous.

The food and service were good, my husband just did not like the flavor of the coleslaw. Could just be a matter of preference. Would recommend Shari's, if asked about the restaurant as a possible dining option. Really appreciate the variety of pies, since there are not as many pie restaurants in the area as there used to be.

The staff was friendly, and attentive. They worked well as a team, and seemed to enjoy their job. Sarah served us, and she was a most delightful creature, very knowledgeable and helpful. The restaurant was super busy, but the staff handled it wonderfully. I was disappointed in the quality of the crust of my pie...nothing like I remembered :-/. Having lived in Hawaii the past 4 years, I was salivating for this pie. It was still very good, but, you know...

Pie and service is always good. I love the family atmosphere.

My boyfriend and I have been to sheris twice the last 2 weeks and both times we got kim. Her attitude and service was the best we have ever had at any restaurant. We are huge on service and tipping. She made us feel welcomed and like were the only people at the restaurant . Her fast service and kind attitude is all we needed to decide that we would come back again. Thank you kim!

This was the best experience we have had at Shari's. Lacy is a wonderful server. She knows the menu, is prompt with bringing our food, carefulabout packaging our take-home items. All in all, we had no complaints.
