Shari's

Being regular customers we've seen staff come and go. We like Shari's for it proximity, good food, and pretty consistent service. It's nice knowing some servers pay attention to your needs and deliver it B4 we have a chance to look at the menu. In particular, Brittany has been that cohesive piece. She's been instrumental on seeing that we enjoy our night out. She'd be good in training new-hires.

The waitress was bi-linguel and a big help to the people not able to read the menu at the table next to us, so she patiently explained in Spanish what they could not understand. It is so pleasant to find someone who bothers with others who do not seem to understand. And she still managed to take care that we were satisfied with our meal and service!

The food was great and came out to the table really fast. My waitress Brittany was amazing. Brittany was very knowledgeable of the menu. I had a few questions and she answered them all and made sure my order was correct by repeating it back to me after taking it. Brittany came back and checked on me multiple times and made sure I got more napkins and refills when I asked. Overall I had a great visit. Brittany is by far the best waitress at sharis. I will be returning and requesting for her to be my waitress every time. This young lady deserves a raise.

The service was outstanding and the server Tony always checks back to make sure thing are OK and see if we need anything. Tony also remembers our names, which is unusual for waiter to remember most of their customers by name. The only problem was with the Summer Special Tomato Bisque Soup. It was very thin ( watery ) and not as it was in past visits to Shari's, it lacked the flavor from the last two time I ordered it.
