My dad and I come to Shari's on a bi-weekly basis, after visiting my mom at a nearby assisted living residence. Debra usually helps us (#145093), and she is always pleasant, highly knowledgeable about the menu and very helpful. She also recognizes us and says hello, which is a nice touch. Please give her a raise!!

We come here about once a month. We love that it is open 24 hours. We like the food options and the staff has always been very helpful and friendly. We have never had any issues with any of the staff here - it just seems a bit understaffed especially for the rate that the restaurant picks up on weekends. I do see that there is a Now Hiring sign so it does appear they are definitely working on that.
