Debra is a fantastic veteran waitress. She got all of our specifics correct and asked the cooks to make our loaded hash browns with turkey bacon and they did. Great crew. The hostess remembers us and came to chat for a bit. We like Shari's a lot. We'd be there more often if there were more gluten-free options...like bread. Also, more chicken items would be appreciated. Gluten-free pasta would be even more fantastic.

Everyone was really nice.

The team members were very friendly and helpful from the minute I walked into the door with my dinner companion. We both are familiar with the menu, and Lacy was really upbeat and nice. Our food was brought out sooner than expected, and tasted absolutely delicious. My friend and I ordered the same plate with a couple variations, but we each were totally satisfied.

Our server, Lacy, was very attentive without being intrusive. We enjoyed our dining experience there.
