I was extremely impressed with our server Gabby who apparently is so brilliant, she doesn't need a book to write down an order for a party of 8. I was very impressed with her retention and friendly service. 1st time at this place and was impressed with the entire staff - especially Gabby and the food.

I absolutely love this Shari's. My godfather & I come here atleast once a week and everytime we have gotten the best service, the best tasting food, and all of the workers are very knowledgeable and on top of it. This is one of the best restaurants in town and that is why we keep coming back. That and the pie is incredible!

Tony gave great and fast service. When we come to Sharis we always ask for him Please let him know that he is doing a great job. So friendly and fast always a smile on his face. 5 Stars !! love the food too.

At 2:00am and after a tough day, coming to Shari's and being waited on by Micki (#359499, Castro Valley, CA) was an amazing experience!

I always enjoy my visit when I come here; the food is always perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious!! The waiters/waitresses are always very prompt with service and are always warm and friendly and they are all such very hard workers! They and also the chefs definitely deserve a raise, no doubt. The only one thing, that I always notice, is that the carpet, really does need to be replaced. The bathrooms, really could use New Soap Dispensers, as well, as the paper towel dispenser. And one last thing, it would be nice, if the uniforms for the waiters/waitresses, could be much brighter, such as black pants with nice bright white shirts with the Burgundy color Sharis decal on them. I think, they would look more professional and it will look brighter, unlike their current uniforms, which seem very dark and dull and old looking. Other than that, I love Sharis!!!

we've been going to Sharis for a while now at least once a week and we are always satisfied every time we are here. We never had to wait that long and the food is great.
