Enjoyed it very much...only thing I was disappointed in was I found out I should have gotten free pie on my birthday but didn't know that...have not been getting any communications from my card that I have had for a long time... Our waitress was 341957 Brittany and she did a great job... Keep up the great job...thanks...Wilma

Pleasant waitress. Good food

Tony is the waiter who usually waits on my mother and I at Shari's in Castro Valley. He is very friendly and always attempts to make us happy with the food and our service. We return for the good food and hopefully we will be served by Tony.

Our dinner dining experience at Sharis on 4-12-16 was fine. Enjoyed the meal and the waitress Kimberly was very attentive and friendly. Thanks!

The service was outstanding and our server, Tony, was attentive and checked back several times to see that everything was fine. It was great that he checked our drinks regularly and filled them when they were low. Had a couple of items ordered to go, he had them ready at the time we were done and ready to pay and leave, no waiting, nor did he forget our order.

Service was amazing! Food was terrific!
