We have been going to Sharis for a few years now. Have never been disappointed in our meals.

Our waiter Tod was very friendly and polite we did not have to ask for refrills he was on top of his game he is the reason we came back to this sharis we had stop coming because the service was very bad keep having good people like tod

Our server was Esperanza, she is fantastic, always extremely friendly, personable, and very prompt service. I bring my 89 year old mom to this Shari's in Castro Valley nearly every week. Esperanza is my favorite server. She always acknowledges me and my mom even if we're not sitting in her section of the restaurant. Please recognize her for her positive attitude and great smile!

Tony my server was the best, so friendly and fast service .I always ask for him he is the best. we enjoy coming to Sharis. Please let Tony know he does such an excellent job. Great service and speed and food. I give Tony a 10 +++++ 5 star. thank you

Adriana was fantastic! Always friendly, polite and professional. She treats us like family and hustles to make everything right for us. It was super busy and she still managed to greet everyone and deliver a winning smile to all. KUDOS to Sharis for hiring such an incredible employee. She's gold!

My coworkers and I are always coming in cause we LOVE the pie shakes they have here and they service is always fast and get our order out fast

Today my girlfriend and I went to Shari's in Castro Valley around midnight and the service was great! The staff was amazing and the food was quick and delicious. Our server's name was Micki and we really appreciated her service. She was very welcoming as we came through the door, took our order and made it sure it came out as soon as possible, she checked in with us multiple times throughout our meal and she had a really bright personality. The food was great. We loved our experience. We will definitely be back!

Our waitress is very attentive. She remembers our breakfast order from prior weeks. She does the right frequency of checks to make sure our needs are met.
