The service was excellent. My food was scrumptious. The atmosphere and vibe was great. I had a wonderful dining experience. My waitress Brittany was super nice, friendly , polite and knows how to do her job very well. Brittany knows the menu very well. she was able to answer all the questions i had without hesitation or having to look at the menu. My visit to sharis is by far my best dining experience ever, this is solely because of Brittany my waitress during my visit. Brittany deserves a raise. She is by far the best waitress at sharis.

Tony, our server, was friendly, prompt, and helpful in all ways. He made our visit pleasant and comfortable.

I like to order the chicken with balsamic glaze and mozzarella. It's delicious and healthy. And Tony is always friendly and sweet!

Franco was very attentive to my needs. He made sure that I had what I needed but was not overbearing. I really appreciate his service.

okay so let me start off my saying i absolutely love sharis, and eat there anytime i come to castro valley. Secondly, this trip especially was awesome. I am a extremely picky to say the least. Definitely when it comes to food. The woman that seated us was friendly,fast and, very accommodating. The server seemed nervous some what like she was new. But she made it to my top 5 list of great servers. Anna from the same location is number 1. Lacy the server from tonight was nice and remembered not only my sons confusing order, but also mine and boyfriends. Didnt even have to write it down. As i noticed while ordering she had not been writing, i was really expecting the order to be messed up somehow when it came. I thought wrong tho. Food was good, service was great and had a overall awesome time.

Our server was Kim. She was very nice. Knew the menu and did a great job serving myself and my fiancé. Everything was good. Only complaint was the potatoe soup was not hot. More like luke warm.
