Was seated next to the back door and every time someone walked in we froze from the cold. No other book was cleaned for us to move and my husband can not sit at a table because he would not be able to get back up.

Being a retired waitress myself, I'm completely familiar with how restaurants are supposed to work, and flow. I have no serious issues. Some of the staff is young, so a bit inexperienced. The food is good, but inconsistent. I've had the Fish and chips before, and they were perfect. Today, the whole order was overcooked. The fries were not freshly made, they're great when they are. So today was okay. I would say inconsistency of food is my concern when I order. The employees are always friendly.

It is sometimes a wait to get seated. Our order was taken quickly but it took a while for the food to come out. The staff was very pleasant and working hard. There just wasn't enough staff.

I like to go to Shari's. It could be nice if Shari's can replace new carpet.

I felt that the service could have been a little bit quicker paced considering the restaurant was not very busy at the time I was there. I also believe that the bathroom could have used more attention to the trash on the floor. However, I was happy with the explanations of the team members about the pie flavors and options.

It was mainly that the potatoes in the country potatoes were under cooked, which took away some of the overall satisfaction with the experience.

we sat in a booth and opposite us are the smaller booths that we noticed was a gentleman with a little white dog. RED FLAG! I mentioned it to the manager as we left, and she said the dog was a service animal and that he had papers. The dog was NOT on leash NOR did the dog have a coat on. The dog sat on the seat same as his master. UGH! Since this patron bamboozled the manager and got away with bringing his dog into the restaurant, he will probably do it again! This is NOT ACCEPTABLE! A restaurant is no place for animals. Make them go to a drive-thru!
