Shari's

The food on one of our orders was not only raw (the hash brown potatoes); but they were cold. However, because of one of the wait staff (Sonia) - we were compensated for the raw/cold meal we ordered as she asked us to chose another meal to take home with us. On top of that, Sonia was congenial, conversed with us. She is so very customer oriented that I propose she give training to ALL of your wait staff. Her smile, appearance and congeniality was contagious.

The chicken noodle soup is not warm enough.

Restaurant not staffed to provide level of service to garner "highly satisfied" rating. The pace is leisurely which is fine but it does take time for staff to get to all customers.

prime rib dip burnt my mouth. taste was bland both meat and sauce. Pie slice was heated without asking me ( I would have preferred a cold or room temperature slice)

It was very busy, 3 people had to sit at a tiny table sized for 2, i had the feeling of being rushed, my food was ordinary and a little greasy, restaurant ran out of whipping cream for my mother's waffle.

I just didn’t like the dark rye bread used for the patty melt burger. That was the only complaint

Sharis is a perfect place for quick and decent food. My waitress was great and the food (especially the bacon) was surprisingly great. The decor is dated and the hostess not as pleasant as my waitress.

We had ordered soup and guess we would receive it ahead of the sandwich or quiche but maybe this is not the way its set up and we didn't really request it earlier. Otherwise we always have been happy with Shari's.

Restaurant was way to hot plus was seated by a door which every time someone came in the cold air would hit us.

Because I can't finish a whole hamburger by myself, having a smaller sized portion of Hamburger will be nice instead of one size. Also, having a combination of half sandwich, soup and a "pie" will be great!
