food a little more than warm but not hot too salty for seniors

I guess i reserve that for fine dining. It was good. Not great. But the pies are great!

Our waiter was very friendly and got everything we ordered correct. The only problem we really had was that the pie shakes we ordered came at the very end of our meal after we were done eating. We noticed it was pretty busy, so it wasn't too big of an issue, but it would have been nice to drink them with our meal.

ordered 2 items and was brought 1. had to wait for the forgotten one.

I feel the staff are not very interested in the customer's overall experience. The staff are not well trained on giving customer's efficient service. I overheard employees being rude toward customers, playing inappropriate music in the kitchen which spilled out to the seating area. Just very slow in general ...seems almost like another customer coming in is a burden to already busy staff.

Love the pie shakes. Natasha was the server. She is great, fast and very friendly.

Overall, not very friendly.

I only choose highly if someone has gone out of their way. I do expect good service!

Server took waaaay too long to bring the check after we requested it. Also, the wait for paying the check was also way too long--they only had one person receiving payments, and several people were in line to pay.

I am a hard grader. It was a good visit. The lunch special was good. The sandwich would have been better with some mayo (it was served dry).
