I was not highly satisfied because the order I was given was incorrect but it took a while to receive the food in the first place I didn't want the waitress to have to take it back and wait another 20min to get my food.

You need to liven up your restaurant. It feels like a dying café. Maybe liven up your breakfast menu.

Prefer to sit in the back of the restaurant instead of on the side. However one of the two servers we like was working on the side. Restaurant is always pretty much noisy. Other servers are not attentive to your needs. Servers using broom and dust pan to clean up floor are very noisy. Our server was Natasha and she was very friendly, efficient, pleasant and remembered us from before and remembered what we always order. She is super nice!

Everything is great about Shari's - I just don't experience a genuine -"glad you are here experience" It's more like friendly but fake - not genuine" I've been in the restaurant - bar biz all my life --- I hate fake service - even if it's efficient and that's just cuz you have GREAT cooks -- and get those meals out --- someone should be praising them!!!!!

I asked 2 different reps at register a question about what one of the pies contents, and neither could tell me. It was the cookies and cream pie. I just wanted to know if the filling was mainly chocolate or vanilla obviously mixed with cookies. Neither knew, and didn't attempt to find out. I ended up ordering something else. The first girl I asked couldn't be bothered to find an answer to my question, rather she kept windexing the pie display case in front of me. Not good.

My bill was $51.36 and I gave a cash tip of $10. My card was charged $61.36! Phone call to the manager on 4/18, Gaby I'm told is the mgr today, resulted in being on hold for over 15 min. Will dispute with my bank or stop into the restaurant. It is not ok to take people's money like this!

Highly satisfied is not a rating I give lightly and given that there was one server, who was brand new, on hand to handle everyone, was stressful to watch. Food and time to receive it were great for my order but I watched several others place orders and not even get drink service because of exiting customers from the same party, paying separately. Also, had to ask for refills more than once, after waiting for a pretty long time.

Requested water, didn't receive it right away. Then brought mimosa's in dirty glasses, told problem with orange juice machine. Ordered coffee instead and then requested water again. Didn't feel waitress was very attentive. Food was okay. Will probably try another restaurant next time we go out.
