Shari's

Only one waitress, so it took a long time to get service. But the good came out fast, delicious and overall truly satisfying.

The temperature of the hot meals was lukewarm, which meant we had to microwave it when we got home. We were on time to pick up the order, and we only live less than 2 miles from the restaurant, so time wasn't a factor in getting it home at the correct temperature. The slice of the Key Lime pie was half as thick as the Chocolate Cream Supreme, but it cost more, and the flavor was a little bland. I've had better Key Lime pies at other restaurants, which was disappointing since overall I've enjoyed most of the pies from Shari's.

FOOD WAS FINE. THE HELP WAS ON THE SLOW SIDE.

I like this restaurant but I also believe there can be improvements.

Highly satisfied would be exceptional, like having a seat right away, getting our box and check when we were done eating, and refills right when our drinks were empty. It was kind of busy, so it wasn't our server's fault. I think there should be more servers because workers on their breaks had to greet guests, and process their payments.

Restaurant is tired and understaffed. Food was good and good choices. While at the restaurant the ceiling opened up and started to leak water near the front door. A bit of a distraction and wondered if it was going to start to rain over my head.

We have been going to Shari's for many years. You use to have a great selection of breakfast specials. Now you are just soso. You use to be crowed now you aren't. I think you need to check how bad you have run Sheri's into the ground. We DO NOT make any effort to go to Sheri's. Good Luck on keeping your place open.

My eexperience was fine but unless you do something beyond what should be expected, food hot, food Appealing, check received without Asking I do not see the purpose of choosing highly satisfied.
