Shari's

I asked the waiter to substitute wheat toast for my pancakes and he said that it was not possible with this order and that I would have to order toast separately.

I never rate highly satisfied unless there was something in particular that was out of the ordinary. I would rate unsatisfied if had not received good food and service. If I choose your place of business I expect the food to be good as well S the place to be clean and employees to do what I am paying for. On the positive our server noticed I was walking with a support and it was raining so allowed us To enter from the back plus seated us. Very much appreciated. His attitude was upbeat and friendly While serving us and others near where we were seated.

I enjoyed my time here. The food was great and so was my server natasha.

The service was great..... The bacon in my BLT was not fully cooked

I had called earlier in the day and asked if they had a certain type of pie and I was told they had it but when I went to order the pie they didn't have that particular flavor pie. Then I have a free piece of pie for my birthday but when I asked for what I wanted they didn't have that either. We like to go on Wednesday nights for dinner and normally the food is at room temperature not hot like it should be.

Everything was ok, nothing (except the wait staff) was notable.

received email for free tube of jam they were out on Sunday 12-11 and still out on Tuesday 12-13 . Free pie on card did not receive when my usual waitress is there I won`t be going anymore

I went there to order a entree to redeem my Shari's reward of getting a FREE tub of Shari's jam. They were out of it, said they never got any delivered, and the manager would not be back for two days, which was after my reward was to expire!!!

The food wasn't it's best this time. But love the pie shake. Probably the only reason i come.

Server was a bit slow, asked for cream for hot tea, never brought it, picked it up from another table that was empty. Not very attentive once our order were given to us. To check out it was a while before someone came up to the counter for us to pay for our meals.
