Dinner rolls seemed more like a half cooked chunk of dough!

I believe it was the manager that basically ignored us. She seated the couple in front of us and left us standing. She finally sat us down but didn't give us menus. A young man walked by and I asked him for menus. He was very nice and apologized for our wait. After that it was fine.

I felt that this lunch trio was not worth my money..very small portions.. My son ordered the barvarian burger, he said it was good, but very few tator tots...

Your new menu's are terrible. We use to have morning specials. Also it's time you change the items we get for turning in info on our experience. Maybe add a couple of hot cakes!

We entering the restaurant we were not immediately greeted or seated because the restaurant was understaffed. There were a lot more people there than anticipated for a Tuesday evening. But our server was kind and accommodating when we wanted to doing a different variation of the lunch trio.

No bacon on my bacon burger.

I consider us regulars at Shari's. We love the staff and love the food. Our last visit was somewhat disappointing. People waiting, tables not bused, and the manager working crazy to help keep up. Luckily, we got Kim and she helped enlighten our evening. She greeted us with a smile and kept it going until we left. Takes a certain kind to keep the pleasantry. Good job, Kim.

I had the special lunch with the grilled cheese sandwich but did not like the fact it was dipped in egg batter like a monte cristo that is not spelled out on the menu. Also we did not really care for the new menu, especially for seniors

Service was good. Menu accuracy was adequate...I thought hash browns came with Fitata...both meals were a good value."BUTTER" was horrible. Need Cholula to flavor Fitata. Hash browns with wife's meal were not "hash browns". Thanks Adriana was fun...

This is the highest rating I give to a non 5 star restaurant. One other item I think it's time you change your offer. Maybe add a couple hot cakes.
