Shari's

I ordered Shari's breakfast, hash browns were dry and not flavorful, portion was small.

The food was okay and the restaurant was def family friendly, but the check came before we were done eating. Add on items were extra and not included when the order was initially brought to the table, the waiter was nice enough but my account was drafted for $9 over the cost, so not sure if the error is from the restaurant or the bank. If it's from the restaurant, means that the waiter gave himself a larger tip then I did.

You did not rise to that level!!!

Everything was good except took awhile to process my order.

I had a credit on my Shari's café club card for a slice of pie and in turn I had a slice of pie for dessert however, when I was cashed out -she slid my card and the price was the same. When presented with the slip to sign I questioned the amount and she said that there was nothing on the card. she said "let me check again" and slid it thru a side terminal -it printed out a receipt that stated that I had a free slice of pie. She said "oh there it is" and then said I could use it on my next visit. I questioned it again because the expiration was within a week so she asked me if I wanted a slice to go. I took the slice to go -so as not to be a pain-but I ordered the pie because it was free and I think they could have easily voided the credit card slip and made the correction instead of having me get an additional slice to go.

Tired of the selection of entrees in the senior menu. Would prefer different choices.

I prefer American cheese in my omelet and that was not available.

The service was great. The servers checked on me enough to not disturb me. I hope that makes sense. The food was delicious, but not hot. My egg was almost cold. I love the coffee. A good flavor and HOT!!!! I realized I don't care for Applewood bacon, not that there was anything wrong with it.

This experience in particular was not my best one, but I wasn't upset -- just doing the survey and mentioning what happened. Management talked with me and was very gracious about everything. I love going to Shari's to get my work done, and I won't stop being a customer.

I just did not feel it deserved that high a rating.
