Told server my meat wasn't that great..grizzle..she got manager for me without my having to ask..manager fixed it right away.

Salmon fish was a little dry but the tartar sauce helped when accompanied with the fish.

We visit the Castro Valley store quite often and I wonder if it would be beneficial to have a front end person that signs people in ( it gets quite busy on weekends) and is responsible to cashier. Sometimes it Seems confusing who is suppose to sign people in then after you have been served you have to wait for someone? To come take your money.

Our server was very nice, smiling the entire time we were there and friendly. Very effect.

I don't really like your pancakes! Also, I really miss having a veggie option for the quiche -- it's such a natural, and yours was really good. I always liked the whatever-you-call-it, choose three things menu option when there was a veggie quiche.

The apple pie in a Jar looks great Hot apple pie in a "canning jar". What I got was COLD PIE w/ ice cream IN A WATER GLASS. Nothing what it was support to look like. Smaller serving size (water cup) vs. the picture.
