Was satisfied with the overall service, food, etc. on this visit. However, in the past have not been satisfied, specifically it was a long time before my order was taken and a long time before my food was delivered to me.

I love coming to your restaurant, and everything I have ordered has been delicious, but this visit I was a bit disappointed with the prime rib french dip due to the fact that the sandwich looked so small and the meat portion was not generous. I probably will not order that again. I am not upset enough to write a negative Yelp review or anything, and you will see me again. :)

Took too long to order. Soup came cold. When salad and steak dish came there was no salad dressing. I had to ask 2 times for it. Food was exceptional. Took a long time to get bill. Took twice as long to pay for it.

Getting seated has always been the issue. Not sure why that takes so long a lot of the times. This time it was because leaving customers waiting to pay were cared first before those waiting to be seated. Why can you guys go back and forth between doing cashiering and seating?There was no line in waiting for seating and yet took 10min to be seated while there were plenty of seats. I almost suggested to find seat on our own.

The floors are super dirty

on one of the coldest days they seated us right next to the back door, when other seats were available. did not complain, but did not make much sense. maybe more thought should be done in seating customers.
