You need to work on your menu. It's stale!

There was a wait and my name wasn't taken down. The next person came in and was sat before me.

Came in 12:30 pm on a Saturday. There were a lot of people waiting for tables. Not enough seating for people who had to wait. I tried the lunch trio. Wanted the special squash soup, was out, so waiter offered the other soup. My table mate liked the soup but I found it a bit salty and too thick. I remembered advertisement for lemon meringue raspberry pie for the holidays. Inquire were there any? Answer was yes. Ordered it to try. Did not like it. Was entirely different both in appearance and taste than I expected. I did not say anything for a substitute since it was not to my liking. Overall, I like Shari's. Great choice of menu selection.

Food is sometimes under cooked. And service is slow and scarce when we dine in. Most are very friendly just always somewhere else..

The temperature of my soup and fries wasn't as hot as I would have liked.

It was OK but the quiche was rather flavorless.

the management members do not take care of their customers as the previous management team did. Each time we visit, we're not sure how our time there is going to go. Doesn't seem like there is enough servers to take care of guests most times. We have been long time Shari's customers and this location has seemed to go down hill this past year. We do go to another Shari's in Livermore Ca., and always have excellent service there.

To be honest I reserve "highly" satisfied for fine dining and not my local coffee shop.
