Shari's

There was a hair in the food and the waitress did not ask us how our food was after bringing it to the table. But she was very nice.

It takes a lot to wow me. My visit was just average. Nothing special.

It took to long to receive our food. Coffee was cold. Employees need to smile a little more.

There was no problem at this Shari's. In my opinion, the term "Highly Satisfied" is superflous and would be used only in cases where something special was the case.

Potatoes pancakes were just mediocre and too many items were on my plate. Would have been better if toast were served on a separate plate. I had the ham steak, 2 potato pancakes and two eggs plus the toast half way on top of the potato pancakes.

Did not receive refill on my decaf coffee. Restaurant seemed understaffed. Long wait for food after order. Table had an unusual base which precluded use of entire table.

The bacon was not crisp. The restaurant itself was too hot.

We visit this Shari's quite often and no matter what time of day the servers always seem overstretched so service overall is often a bit slow and, in particular, it can take quite a while to get their attention for drink refills. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful, they just seem a bit thin on the ground a lot of the time. The speed of service is the main reason we don't eat here more often since the menu has a great range, the food is good, and the price is great. We just can't eat here if we're in a hurry (we're not always in a hurry, which is why we still eat here!).
