wrong price quoted for my wine. prices for house wine should be on the menu so there is no question. the blueberries in my leftover salad next day were already tasting spoiled. there were at least 6 different thibngs the waitress said they were out of including the belinni or mirmosa I was looking forward to having.

As my partner and I walked into the restaurant we were greeted and taken to a table. The problem was, we were not given menus and I had to get up myself and go grab them. Then when the waitress came and told us she'd be going on break, the new waitress we got was a lot more attentive which was a nice change.

The cashier seemed to have a difficult time processing the frequent diners reward for a slice of pie. Clearly more training is needed. There restaurant needs some remodeling badly. Seat cushions are broken, paint is peeling. The salt/pepper shakers do not look like they were cleaned in years! Very poor cleanliness for a high-volume family restaurant.

We got our food after waiting a long time and some were wrong and the table ordered three milkshakes one we got at the start of eating the second in the middle and one took the whole meal to get to us.

Food took a long time to get to us. Party of 3, two orders were cold. The prime rib was ice cold, loaded mashed potatoes cold, cheese was solid. One person really wanted clam chowder, you were out. I wanted baked potato, you were out. At least I got my free caramel macchiato. Quality seems very bad. Personnel are friendly, and helpful, but the food.... not so much.

Recieved my saled and at the bottom when I put it in my mouth I had to spit it out on a napkin it did not feel right it looked like a spit (Loogiei ) spoiled my apitied and then my cherry pie was all broken up and I did not eat and when we needed more water Debbie the waitress only brought one water only knowing that my glass was empty, I do not know why this happened cause I was nice to the woman and waited till the end to tell her about the loogie which see saw me spit in the napkin and just turnd away . and the waitress that took her place when she went home did not even come to our table once untill we were about to leave. Very disappointed used to be obe of my favorite places now I will not ever step foot in it ever again and will never recommend it to anyone again like I used to.

On a scale of 1-10, Food = 8 (tasted like typical diner food, but too heavy-handed with the cheese) Atmosphere = 6 (we were seated in the corner near some miscellaneous junk) Service = 4 (the server who took over after our original server went on break did not stop at our table, even after trying to flag her down for 10-15 minutes; she visited the surrounding tables multiple times; we ultimately had to speak with the hostess)

Sever was rude. She ignored my boyfriend and brought me a children's cup when I said all I would be drinking was water. She left for a break immediately after we were served and the person she said was going to assist us never showed up.
