I ordered the fish and chips for the second time. I was not satisfied the first time already but was thinking to give it a second chance. Big mistake! the outlook of the fish pieces looked so not appealing, first of all, the oil used must have been used for so many times that they were too brown with parts of the batter broken open, AND the fish was so not fresh and SALTY!! I almost decide not to take a second bite but thinking that it would be too wasteful so I ate it anyway. I could have brought it to the server's attention but I hate to hurt people's feeling. Rather I think the problem may have come from the recipe itself and the quality of oil used that I would like to bring it up to the franchise level. I hope to see improvement that I will have one more edible option to order but I do not know if I would be brave enough anymore for the third try?

I eat here pretty regular as the food is consistent but this time the French toast was made with the heels of the bread. Unfortunately the bread cannot soak up the egg mixture using heels of the loaves. I feel they can be used to make croutons or thrown away, like I do at home. Our waitress was very busy so I really did not get a chance to tell her or send it back. I hope that this is not a new practice at this location or I will have to look for a New breakfast place

We waited approximately 25 minutes to be seated. because tables needed to be cleared off. Several tables were already empty. A waiter took our names but the cashier never acknowledged us. After several other people came in and were standing in line, a couple pointed to a near empty booth and the cashier told them to sit there when there were already 10 other people waiting for seats. Finally the manager seated us after I made a commotion. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. We've visited this location many times and never had this type of service. It was very upsetting to say the least.

Over the past several months I've taken my grandson's to Shari's. During each of those visits there were issues with our orders. Pancakes ordered w/o butter, arrived with butter. Omelette made incorrectly, hash browns requested was not delivered correctly. Steak not cooked to requested order. Burger not delivered with correct condiments (i.e, sauce missing). I had not brought past issues to Manager however, this time it was just too much. All of these things occurred during this visit collectively, so I decided to send this info. When I discussed these issues with the "manager" she said it was the NEW server. I highly disagree! I know our server took all the proper info and relayed it on to our order. I was not satisfied with the manager's resolution of comping one shake from our order.

I placed an order to go online for a pie. I went here mainly for the pie and would not have come at all if I knew they would not have the pie. So I get there and they just then realized that they are out of the pie. Then they forgot to give me the drinks that came with the meal I ordered. They offered no apology or anything for not even notifying me about the pie.

Came in at approx 4:30 pm and had to wait at least 45 min. for service. The restuarant was grossly understaffed. One waitress came in with numerous keys hanging from her jean pocket, very distrubing. Manager on duty was rude to customers. This was not a pleasant experience. We were ready to leave when the pie finally arrived. This was not what is expected at any resturant.

Service was horrible. Waitress took for ever to do anything. She was overwhelmed with how big her section was. And the restaurant was philthy. I don't care how busy you are it should never look like that.

First I asked for the pecan chicken salad sandwich.. Sorry we don't have the chicken salad today. Next there really wasn't much available so I asked if the turkey was really real turkey. She said yes. It came and it was the pressed together junk parts of the turkey, which I could taste the gelatin they use and sliced on a machine. I told her it was not the real turkey. I heard her back in the kitchen talking in Spanish about it. I understand some Spanish. To me Shari's at this location has gotten so bad I really don't enjoy going there any more. I'm from Oregon and have enjoyed Shari's since a small girl I'm embarrassed to go there now. The food has deterrirated so bad. I've complained to several managers already. I'm really disappointed in this Shari's.

Our server, Mickail was good; however, she was surrounded by co-workers that didn't take any initiative to help at all. Mickail was constantly being asked questions by the hostess, waiters and waitresses and she was very good about helping them while trying to fulfill our order. Mickail also had to deal with another dissatisfied customer situation which took a lot of her time. No one took the initiative to help fulfill our order as we where waiting. We waited over 30 minutes for a pie order that should have taken no more than 10-15 minutes. I even asked the hostess about our order and instead of helping me, she shrugged her shoulders and then walked away!
