Overall an underwhelming experience. Especially for the time of night. I understand if I came in at 3am for things to be so so but not at 8-9pm. The quality of the salmon also left a lot to be desired and honestly I felt like my entire plate probably wasn't ran right away because everything was lukewarm at best and my veggies were extremely soggy and bland. As a server, I understand it's not my servers fault so I appreciate Kim's awesome attitude, attentiveness and attention. Not her fault the food didn't come out good.

Toderick does not know how to use the machine for debit cards. He over charged me and had no idea how to fix it and was very rude about his mistake.

Our food was extremely slow coming and the waitress never came by to offer an explanation, even though we asked other servers to locate her and check on our order. Finally the manager who had also cooked the food delivered it and apologized. She was also servicing other tables for the absent waitress. Waitress was no where to be seen for long periods of time and very slow, not friendly either. Brittany. We will ask in future that she not wait on us. Otherwise we like the restaurant and the food and the pies.

My dtr and I ordered the 3 course lunch. I ordered the 4 cheese grilled. I received a full sandwich as just assumed since it was the cheapest to make I didn't ? it. Soup was also more watery and not as good as usual. When I mentioned to waiter I had ordered the same as my dtr - just a different sandwich-he said he heard full (I did not ask for full - just said the same with cange of sandwich. When I went up to pay the woman asked how was your meal and I rsponded "Not as good as usual" - she totally ignored my comment and continued to process payment. This was rude - why as if you don't care about my answer Ver unsatisfactory visit.

As I arrived, I asked for a quiet table to have a leisurely breakfast by myself. Although there was a table in the front around adults, I was sat by the back door at a 4 top table. At one point, someone knocked on the back door which is locked from the outside and asked to be let in. I looked around and a gentleman at another table said they had to go around. Ultimately someone did let the guy in after he had pounded on the window at least 4 times. As he came in he called us F*n Mother F*rs. I asked Adriana my waitress if I could move and explained to her the situation and another gentleman told her what had happened as well. I moved and Adriana said she would speak with the gentleman. Other tables were sat around me and I was surrounded by kids. Had I been sat at the front with adults, none of this would have happened. The person who checked me out mentioned that the District Manager didn't like the sign and it was taken down. Had the sign been up telling people to go to the front at least I wouldn't have been called a Mother F*r today. Let me say Adriana is a rock star. She checked on my food often although it did take awhile to come from the kitchen. Thx Adriana!

I have been coming to this location for over 20 years even before it became sharis. The waiters/waitresses are always pleasant. I went to use my club card at the register and I provided the cashier with a snapshot of my account details on my phone. The lady remarked with "what do you want me to do with that, i can't use all those numbers." To which I said "could you look me up by name?" She remarked with "i mean i guess so" she appeared rude, annoyed and bothered. I was very uncomfortable about the happening. I will come back for the food and the friendly servers.

I understand it was the day before Thanksgiving, it was mid-afternoon and not extremely busy. At least a half a dozen employees walked by without any acknowledgement of presence or a hello to say someone will be right with you. There were no other customers waiting. It seems like the only time you get attention is when they know they are working for their tip.

Multiple guests waiting to be seated and the restaurant was pretty empty. Did not appear to be a hostess. Three employees standing near register arguing.
