We ordered steaks, medium rare. The meat was oddly tough and overcooked. The meat was also very small and underwhelming. The entrees were supposed to come with veggies and mashed potatoes, but were missing veggies (I didn't remember this til later) Staff member was good at first but after we got the entrees they stopped coming, never refilled drinks or checked up on us. Friend had to go to front to ask about their shake which had been forgotten. All the staff were nice, but maybe not attentive. Restaurant wasn't busy that night.

am has the best help and service. The weekend pm hours needs a lot of help,poor service not enough help waiter was lost. no restaurant should run out of ICE CREAM !!!! or pie which they so highly advertise. my grandkids were very disappointed as I was.

There were 3 of us. The server brought out the side salad for one person, but not the other person’s side salad. The server brought the entrees out together for all three. The other two people asked about the other salad and side vegetables they ordered. They were not served the side salad and vegetables until way way after the entrees were served. I think the waitress forgot to put into the cook for the side salad and vegetables. Then we asked to have the pies to go. Waitress put pies all in one container.

I PLACED A TO GO ORDER. WE USUALLY EAT THERE. HAD A FUNCTION THIS MORNING AND NEEDED TO SAVE TIME. AT MOST WELL TO DO RESTAURANTS, THEY KEEP THEIR TO GO ORDERS UNDER A HEATING DEVICE. NOT ON THE COUNTER TO GET COLD. NOT ONLY IS THIS NOT CORRECT, IT WOULD ALSO BE UNDER THE REGULATIONS FOR FOOD SAFETY, I AM SURE. THE FOOD WAS COLD, BUT I NEEDED TO LEAVE. HAD NO TIME TO RECOOK, AND DID NOT WANT IT MICROWAVED. VERY DISSATISFIED AND WILL LET OTHERS KNOW OF THIS SERVICE.

When I went to the cashier to pay my check. I showed the 2 improved meals for $25.00 printed out email him. However, the price from my receipt is $35.17 instead $25.00. I told him that is not correct. Then, he said the $35.17 is including the tax. I responded to him the tax already charge next to the subtotal. He still argue with me that is the price including tax. Later, the manager came and told him that he didn't enter the promote code for me. Here is the server information: 145085 TonyR

At 6:00 a.m. in the morning, it was too cold inside, and usually the server can turn up the heat, but not lately. I will probably STOP coming to Sharis because it's cold inside the restaurant in the early morning hours.

ordered nachos and i didnt want meat. The manager said they would put everything extra and didnt. Not worth my money at all. Chips were dry. The new employee told us they had brown gravey and the gravey was snow white. It would be nice if we just get out 23.47 back not worth my money at all. The manager was acting like she annoyed with us. Maybe train Coworkers better with the menu and the iteams you guys carry.

First, there was only one server, the manager when I came in around 7 a.m. in the morning. Second, some things are broken in this restaurant. The sun was coming out and I was seated in a booth that had a broken window screen that would not roll down. The sun was directly hitting my eyes. I asked if they could roll down the screen and was told it was broken and I was moved to another booth. The screens are not that expensive to buy one, maybe $50 at Home Depot. Third, after I ate, I went to the men's restroom and the handicap stall had a broken toilet paper holder and the rolls were loose. On the baby changing table, there were wet toilet seat covers with some sort of wet urine on them. The other thing was that I've come to this Shari's on several occasions and the right side men's sink is broken and doesn't work. The final thing was when I asked to get the black forest cheesecake I was told they did not have any because they were making them that morning and would not be available till 1 p.m.

It took 80 minutes of just waiting from time we ordered until WE RECEIVED OUR MEAL. wE SAW A DOZEN COUPLES COME IN ORDER, GET THEIR MEALS.iASKED THE WAITER AFTER 45 MINUTES WHAT WAS WRONG. h TOLD US ITBWAS THE COMPUTER. oKAY THEN THE WAITER CAE BACK & ASKEDUS WHAT WE ORDERED. tHE MEAL FINALLY ARRIVED 80 MINUTES LATER tHE RESTAURANT EVEN CHARGED US FOR THE 'SLOP' THAT WAS ON THE PLATE. tHE MAnager didn't even apologize. The waiter even brought us a check to pay for the food None of my Castro Valley friends will ever eat there & they will tell the congregation at the big Neighborhood church.worse service ever tHE ANAGER DIDN'T EVEN

We placed our order at 6pm and almost 40 minutes later we had to flag down our waiter to find out were our food was. When the food came out the fry's were cold on two meals & wrong meal for third person. 2 meals should have had Wednesday free pie didn't get pie. We asded for the Manager she final fixed the food and said she would take care of some of the bill. We finished eating and the waiter cleaned some of the table and expected him to come back and get our pie order. He never came back so I couldn't get the bill and I went to the register, manager wasn't available and the server took for ever to find my bill. The manager hadn't done anything on the bill so I payed for the lousy food and still not PIE was offer for the two meal that should have had them. I think this is the last time we get defrauded at your business.
