The good: marionberry pie The bad: everything else we ate. Onion rings not cooked enough and very oily.Cheeseburger with just a slice of cold cheese on top (who does that...tacky!). Mashed potatoes served cold. Asked for bbq sauce on the side never got any bbq sauce. The ugly: service. Our waitress was AWFUL! She was so busy chit-chatting away with her friends in the restaurant that she paid no attention at to our table. We even had to get up and go get her attention to get our pie after waiting over 10 minutes for it (and yes, when we got her attention she was chatting with her friend at the front of the restaurant). As we were paying our bill we noticed a lot of food waiting to be served behind the register. No doubt it was served cold also. There's no management or supervision at this place at all.

I won't ever come back for a Hoilday meal I was so disappointed .We should not have asked for extra gravy 4 to 5 times they brought my Mother in law another order of mashed Potatoes but no Gravy My Husband and Mother in Law got there food and the waitress said I have to wait on mine cause someone took my Turkey Dinner. It just seemed like something went wrong everytime I got to eat my dinner roll without my meal Food was not hot and the restaunt was cold like the air condition was on we asked to turn it down but seem to come back on. It's winter time we don't need the Air conditioner.

I was satisfied with my experience just that it took awhile to be seated and the bacon was greasy, I like my bacon crisp.

I have made 3 comments regarding someone failing to order the Chardonnay wine. This last attempt, although still not addressed has caused us to find another eatery on Wed. Your staff is awesome, but your ordering personnel leaves alot to be desired. I asked if it were a problem at the other stores. The answer was NO. My husband gave it 3 strikes as ...bad business, else remove it from the menu.

When we got there the table was dirty. When seated I ordered ice tea and my husband ordered coffee. After mush waiting (15 mins.) coffee finally came and ice tea was delivered in a juice glass. Waiter said no tall glasses in dishwasher. When meal finally came it was wrong but we ate anyway. People were leaving because no pies available and they were take food with them to go when it finally came. I ordered turkey burger. It was thrown together with old lettuce, broken bun and no mayo or mustard. I had to ask. I had to ask for more ice tea. A juice glass doesn't hold much. My husband didn't get his order correct either. We never saw anyone again. I thought the place was busy. When I looked there were only a few other tables with customers. The bathrooms and the restaurant was filthy. I will be calling the board of health. We had to go to the counter to get our bill. When I told the lady at the counter it was horrible she took the turkey burger off. That was not the whole of my complaint. Someone else was at the counter asking if a person was ever coming by to take there order. I have a Shari's card. I will not be using ever again. Horrible, horrible place.

Food took too long to come-came at different times per waitress so that food would be hot-still cold. Why can't they serve everyone at once-everywhere else manages to do so. One ordered stroganoff, but they were out, so she ordered a hamburger and it came very pink. After at least ten minutes we were told salmon was frozen. Waitress told us steak could be "substituted". When it finally came, 2 onion rings-really 2? Steak looked and tasted old. Soup should have come when the salads came, but we were told that cook was making more ended up coming the same time as the meal-cold and cups and bowl were one quarter filled. Vegetables on one order were cold. When the bill came, we were charged extra for the "substitution". Asked to speak to the manager-she didn't seem too concerned-asked what we wanted her to do. Ended up being comped for the pink burger only. She just took the difference in the steak/salmon meal off. We should have been completely compensated for that meal. It was wrong on so many levels. As we were waiting and waiting for our meals to come, we had every intention of ordering pie, but after this disaster chose not to spend one more penny in this establishment.

I place a phone order of a steak salad which I have ordered on many occasions before. When I got back to work and opened it not only did it have bacon, but raw bacon and I'm Jewish even if I could eat bacon this is grossly undercooked and completely uneatable. Now I will have to drive back to get a replacement costing me both gas and time off work. Very disappointed with the cooks lack of knowledge of the menu and to serve under cooked bacon is a health hazard.

This was a to go order for fish and chips. Something I have ordered several times. When I placed the order I was told that I got an additional side with my order. When I asked what the choices were I was told that they were french fries, mashed potatoes, fruit. I asked why french fries were and option when that's the chips portion of fish and chips. I was told that this was in addition to what came with the order. But I ordered fruit as the additional side. When I got home I had 3 orders of fish and fruit. There were no french fries. (or tartar sauce). I called the restaurant and explained what happened and was told I could come back for the the fries. The woman I spoke to was very apologetic but of course while I was picking up the fries the fish was getting cold. The young lady that originally helped me didn't even acknowledge my being there again or apologize and when I mentioned there was no tartar sauce with the order I was told that you have to ask for it. As I mentioned, I have ordered this to go many times and have never had to ask for the sauce separately. Your employees need to know the menu and need to be able to explain it to your patrons.

Food quality was far below any other restaurant I've been to in the last 6 months. Service was slow.

Bathrooms were dirty, order taking took too long, food took too long to come out, food sat under heat lamps too long, soup looked microwaved
