We were seated right away and knew what we wanted to eat. After We ordered it took 45 min for our food to come out. About 30 min into waiting our server finally came over and told us there was a delay. That was the only time he checked in on us. Once we finally got our food the hashbrowns were still cold along with the sausage and the eggs were watery when I ordered scrambled. We didnt even attempt to send the food back because we didnt have another 45 min to wait. When I went up to pay I told the cashier about the experience and her response was "well you can fill out a survey if you want" Never offered to get the manager or even apologize. This was completely unprofessional.

Pie shakes weren't given in an extra cup so when brought up to our server,Lacey, she reluctantly went and got us the extra cups. Forgot my husband's sausage links and wasn't until we were done with our meal that she remembered that I told her. There was a piece of red and yellow paper in my daughters' pie shake and when brought to Lacey's attention, she stirred it around and just said umm. I was overcharged for two items that I didn't order. Brought it to the attention of manager, he fixed the mistake and took the pie shake off but didn't apologize for our bad experience.

The waitress was not friendly Did not seem interested in assisting or asking if we needed or wanted She did not inform me about an item on the menu She took my food back and brought it back very cold.. There were other 2 waitresses that were very nice, helpful and interested with my concerns..

A salad was ordered and after waiting a long time the salad was the wrong one. The correct pictured order was shown to the waitress and she said, "We don't have that one, we don't have the recipe yet." Yet she took the order for it. Our table of 7 orders were served at different times,not together. We had to ask for more water and silverware. Our bill was not correct. I was told to pay $46 for two stroganoff dinners and 2waters and toast which I didn't order. My bill was $26. The bill was then adjusted. This was not a good experience and I can't recommend Sharri's until servce improves. I will go back to buy pie.

Tonight my boyfriend and I came for a casual dinner. Fast seating. Very nice server. The receipt says her name was Micki. She brought us waters right away. After placing our order I immediately noticed large white things floating around in my boyfriends water, of which he had finished half of. I grabbed the water before he could see it (I didn't want to ruin his appetite) and called over a host who shared my dissatisfaction with the very disgusting glass and said he'd get a manager right away. After 10 minutes of waiting for the manager, I asked him again. He said she had just come back from something and that he would get her now. Our food arrives. No manager. No replacement water. I asked the server for another water and explained our situation, asking for the manager again. At this point the restruant had filled up with teens from the local high school. Busy. I get it. But we waited very long for someone to address our polluted water. Finally, the manager comes, and it turned out to be someone that had passed our table maybe 25 times. She catered to the table of teens in front of us. She comped our meal 6$ and apologized. I felt very dismissed and disrespected.

the problem I had was with a take out order, I specifically ordered the bacon burger dry and a Chicken Ceasar Salad, dressing on the side, the cooks could not get it right, then rude comments were made by the staff specifically the cook standing behind the grill loud enough for my daughter and I to hear at the check out counter, the manager laughed it off and did not offer an apology for the rude/poor behavior. I spent $64.71, $12. My two daughters and I felt disrespected leaving this establishment.

We arrived at the Castro Valley Sharis at 11:50PM. We were seated promptly. After a few minutes a girl came to get our drink orders. We were ready to order, but we were told that a server would be with us shortly. 10 minutes later a shake was brought to one of my friends, but no drinks for anyone else. A few minutes later the rest of our drinks came out, but our server had still not come to our table. I got irritated and wrote a complaint on the Sharis website. While finishing my complaint our server came after we had been seated for 25 min. We placed our order and I was told that the Sharis was out of soup, so I got a salad. Our food came out in less than 15 minutes after we ordered, but one of us did not receive there burger. I ordered specialty frys, but the server just brought regular frys. The server asked if I wanted new frys, but I said they were fine. A few minutes later my friend's burger came out, but the server forgot the frys. My friend's frys came out about 10 minutes later. We finished our food and our drinks ran out. The server did not refill our drinks. We finished our food and paid for the meal.

My friend invited me to breakfast because she had a $20 certificate. The bill was $22.29 so I said I would pay the difference and the tip. I checked my bank account to make sure I had enough money and I had $29.08. We went to the counter and handed the woman the tag, the certificate and my debit card. She then tells us she forgot to apply the $20 and charged my card the entire bill of $22.29 plus the $5 tip for a total of $27.29. Which left me less than $2. My fired felt horrible that this had happened but she had no money either. We stood there for 10-15 min while she went back and forth to the kitchen to speak to whoever was in charge. We were told they couldn't fix it and that they could call the help desk but it might take 1-2 hour for them to call back. They offered a $10 certificate which I took but we were both quite upset. I understand mistakes happen but someone there should have known how to correct it. I was going to get gas later in the day but remembered I couldn't because I only had less than $2 to my name. This was a bad week for me with money and a bad time for this to happen. Additional training needs to be done.

Food was cold. They charged me more than I should of been. The service was not there at all. The lady that helped me was high on weed. She smelled of weed and had red eyes and keep giggling. Waited 45 min to get a burger and a sandwich. Please contact me at 510 881 6057. I would like a refund. My bun was soggy and had to use my own bread. I called back to the restaurant over 10 times and got a voice mail. Horrible

Everything took too long to be seated, place the order, get drinks and the food took. Dip bread was so wet, the Pierate platter was missing several items. We had to ask for refill. Very dissatisfy with Sharris.
