Fast service

I love going to breakfast at Shari's when Sixto is serving. He anticipates our every need and makes sure that the food is to our liking before he even brings it out. If something isn't cooked just right, he seems more disappointed than I am. It's very important to him that everything is just right. Some people are instinctively good in the service industry. Sixto is one of those people.

excellent service

Jessica did an amazing job! We had a party of 13, with multiple requests and lots of added items. She was super accommodating and very sweet. We appreciate how quickly she attended to our needs, and always with a smile. Thank you Jessica, and happy holidays!!

Menu selection choices, friendliness of staff, good food, always seated quickly with fast service. We plan on continuing to visit this Shari's at least twice a week or even more often. We really appreciate having a good reliable restaurant like Shari's in Livermore.

The servers are really nice and the food is great

Wait staff was very friendly and highly attentive. Food arrived within 15 minutes. A carafe with water was given to us so we could refill our glasses. The waitress has no idea how important and helpful this was for me. I have an esophageal disease and have to wash my food down after every bite. She just brought it, we didn't ask. Excellent service.

Always pleasant to dine in whenever we can.

Toni was our server this morning. Did a excellent job. Took our order for food and drinks. Checked on us how the food was.
