The Pies are always so fresh and tasty!!!

Our waitress was fantastic!

Our server was very attentive and great! His recommendations were appreciated! He made the pie shake perfectly!(he didn't use the new machine because it purées it toooo much, I want a chunk of Apple when I order an apple pie milkshake) Thanks!

Our server, Michael, was new to us yet we immediately connected. He brought us our drinks at once and often asked us how we enjoyed our meal and if there was anything he could do for us. Very polite and professional. I didn't tell Michael that my scrambled egg whites were not good....reason being that I've enjoyed the fluffiness of this dish many times before. Today the eggs were heavy and hard and appeared to be old and not whipped properly. It happens sometimes, but I do hope for better eggs next time.

The team members are always friendly and very efficient. Love the homey feel at this Shari's. Feels like you're at a neighborhood restaurant even though their clientele includes patients/families from the hospital.

AMAZING! I just went to Shari's for a mid-morning breakfast. More than half the restaurant was full of people. But - there were only two servers. I'm sure it's hard to schedule the right number of servers because it's difficult to guess how many customers will come to eat. Yet these two were moving at 70mph to care for the crowd. None of the diners were upset or impatient about delay. And the time between placing the order and receiving the meal was remarkably short. I say it again...it was amazing to see it all!

I am always highly satisfied with my experience with this Shari's & the one in Castro Valley as well. I love having the reward card & reciving benifits their marking dept. is over the top and their menu is right on

When I think about it, it seems to me that Shari's is all about service. Two kinds. One is the menu. Frequently I have noticed people paging through the menu several times, obviously trying to decide which of all the good choices to pick for their meal. The second choice is what the staff provides. Many people are repeaters because they are immediately greeted by name, glasses are kept full and there is always a check-back to see if anything else is needed. Shari's is a real first class operation.
