Very friendly staff. Very nice in the early morning hours!

Friendly service and great food!

I was near the front door as two men came in. They asked for a particular server. I had seen them before as they were dining and I know why they made the request. They were greeted by name, served the meal they liked, and made to feel "at home." I believe all who come to Sharis have the same experience. I know I do. That's why I keep going back. Thank you, Sharis!

December 5th 8:30pm, Livermore Sharis - Our waitress Leah was fantastic. She was a new hire (only her second dinner shift apparently) and didn't quite know the menu forward and backward yet, and there was a slight misunderstanding about my order, but she wasted no time making it right. She was very personable and my 5-year old daughter absolutely adored her. Will ask to sit in her section next time we dine there, although everyone who works there seems to be very nice as well. Also want to say thanks to Tammi(?) who helped my daughter in the ladies room (as her dad I couldn't accompany her in). Great team.

I was in Shari's to purchase two holiday pies. Came in much earlier than stated when ordering, Shari's said no problem. Then I asked for an additional pie, and again, no problem. That made me happy to save myself time by going home and then coming back at the scheduled time, and I was happy to get the additional pie. Thanks, Shari's!

Heather is always accommodating, friendly and professional. We love having her as our server!

Excellent service

Our server Love treated us eally good. Took our order and it came promptly. Cane by and check on us and brought ewflls on our drinks. excellent server.

We really like Sharis. The servers are always friendly and make us feel at home. It was slow because it was free pie night. The servers were busting there bottoms trying to get everyone taken care of but they still took the time to make people feel special. it was a little slow but we're OK with it.
