I love their pie smoothies but this one could of been better. They were busy but I could tell they're trying.

we didn't see our server very often. she may have been busy but we seemed to spend a lot of time waiting for her. she was friendly when she was around just not around enough. Ceaser salad was drenched in dressing was too much.

Pie was ok but not amazing; specifically, the crust was dry. We waited a while before someone came to the pie counter to help us.

I just moved to livemore 1 month ago, this was my first visit...was very interested in trying the alfredo, not enough garlic, or parsley, it tasted just like ordinary cream, wasn't saucy enough, had to ask for a bowl of side sauce...and it wasn't piping hot... But I m definitely going back...to try more stuff...got a slice of cherry pie on the way out..it was great !!

I always go to Sharis especially at night to carry out food. This time I ordered the prime rib dipped philly style to go and it should come with spinach salad, when I got home and I realized that they forgot to give me the salad and it's 11:30pm and I am too lazy to drive 15mins back to ask them for the missing order.

The server, Nick was very uninviting. I felt like I was bothering him by being there, he was very unenthusiastic and somewhat rude. I have frequented this Shari's for the past 5 years (approx) and have never had such terrible service.

We have noticed that the portion sizes have gotten smaller over the last year but the prices rise. The waitresses were friendlier and now the ones that were there a very long time are gone and new waitresses hired. I don't know what you did to get the waitresses that had been there for years to leave but, it's your loss. The new one are not as efficient or effective, and they don't know their customers.
