Shari's

It was an okay experience. I sent my food back because it wasn't hot (soup and toast), and it was replaced no problem, which I appreciated. We had two kids with us, and their food was brought so much sooner than the adult food that they were just about finished by the time we got our food, which was inconvenient. The food was fine, and the prices were okay (maybe a little high for basic fare). I don't have major complaints; it just wasn't a "highly satisfying" experience.

My wife said her tri tip dip was just fair, not great.

There were 4 in our group. One of the orders that was delivered was not what was ordered.

When its time to check out you stand and wait at least 10 minutes before someone comes to the register and in the mean time people comeing in have to stand and wait to be seated. very annoying waiting

Didn't receive our check in a timely manner (had to request it). Payment at checkout was very slow (I believe due to an inexperienced checker). Table service for payment would be nice!!

Men's bathroom smelled like pee. Wifi wasn't working.

Our order took a long time to get there. My husband got the country fried steak, as he usually does. The last two visits we noticed the portion size was much smaller than usual. My salad was bigger than his meal was. We got dessert and it took a long time to get there too.

During the time of pickup I wanted to ask for a slice of pie and there was already somebody else at the front but I couldn't remember the name of the pie the lady who was helping me decided to help the people who just walked in rather than to try to help me think of the name of the pie

Thought Highly Satisfied was not chosen, we still enjoyed our meal and experience, as we do each time we dine at Shari's. the only comment I would have is that is location can use a remodel of some sort. It is becoming very outdated on the inside (Livermore, CA location).

I have had the hot turkey sandwhich and the presentation was amazing. Tonight looked light on gravy and hardly any crunchy onions. I raved about it, but looked dry and medicore. Pie was amazing, Banana Cream
