I really liked the Bistro Breakfast you used to have on the menu. I could still get it for a while after you removed it from the menu, but now the stores don't have, and can't order the Italian sausage needed for it.

I am allergic to tomatoes & all nightshades. I asked for my sandwich to not have tomatoes, and said I was allergic. The sandwich arrived with tomatoes. This is about the 5th or 6th time that this has happened at Sharis. Allergies are a real threat to my health, and while I don't expect anyone & everyone to grasp the potential severity of allergies, it's evident from 5 or 6 of 5 or 6 times (100%) that the importance (and attention) is not being paid in the kitchen. I have worked in the restaurant business; I have relatives who have been cooks - I DO understand the situation. However, giving me food I've stated I'm allergic to 100% of the times I've ordered is saying, to me, something of the gravity of the situation is missing in the kitchen and / or wait staff. Thank you for the opportunity to tell you.

The restaurant needs face lift, it is dark and booth chairs are sinking just not comfortable.

We love Shari's, but it needs a "face-lift," as it's looking rather old and could seem brighter and more inviting-looking.
