I work at El Pollo Locco as manager near your location and i stop by and ask if we can have a meeting at 2pm. i spoke to the manager and she told me not a problem, it was 6 of us. when we got there, our table was ready with menus and place setting. Our server sara took care of us. She suggested a very delicious breakfast shrimp ommelet which i had. Our drinks were filled up, she mention that pies are very good which we had. Her great service inspired me to talk to the rest of my crew how to take care of the customer whether its to go or dine in. Later on the manager came by and ask us how was our meal. I told her that everything was great and we will come back to have another meeting .

Excellent service as always. Your trio deal is outstanding for lunch. Your pies is always the best for any season.

I finally got my mash potatoe really hot. I have gone to many restaurants and they can't seem to get it right. So I am very pleased to have it the way I asked for. Thank you so much.

Great service. Our waitress, Joanna, was new to us, as we frequent this location, we had not had her wait on us before. She was really polite, professional, and friendly. The food is always consistent, good and to our liking, this time it wasn't as hot as we'd like it but it was ok.
